Dosage: Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: Take 1-2 capsules before bedtime.
Allow 8-12 hours for laxative effect to occur.
Keep in a dry place below 25°C.

Do not take within 2 hours of taking another health product. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1-2 weeks or if symptoms persist or worsen. Do not use if you have intestinal obstructions, stenosis, atony, appendicitis, inflammatory colon diseases (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin and/or a severe dehydration state with water and electrolyte depletion. Consult a health care practitioner if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, are taking heart medication, diuretics, adrenocorticosteroids, licorice root or other health products that may aggravate electrolyte imbalance. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
