Dosage: adults: take 1 sachet 1-8 times per day. Dissolve completely in at least 250 ml of fresh water (do not use any other liquid but water) and allow fizzing to stop before drinking. If vomiting occurs at the beginning of therapy, halt therapy for 10 minutes and then continue with small amounts and gradually increase the dose up to the therapeutic dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use following vigorous exercise or acute dehydration (unless administered with an appropriate balance of other mineral salts, e.g. sodium); if you have renal insufficiency or uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; if you are taking any prescription medications, which increase serum potassium (potassium-sparing diuretics or angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors); if you have gastrointestinal ulceration or obstruction. Do not use with other potassium-containing supplements or with potassium-containing salt-substitutes.
Treatment for diarrhea in adults
Indications: for the treatment of metabolic acidosis. Helps to maintain fluid and electrolyte balance in conditions of fluid/electrolyte loss (e.g. vomiting and diarrhea).
