Dosing directions: adults: take 2 capsules daily at or before bedtime. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking the medication. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Individuals with known allergies to ginseng or plants of Acanthaceae family should avoid use of this product.
