Change the refill
Hold the handle near the connector and pull out the mop head.
Spot Eraser: For delicate surfaces, test on an inconspicuous area first. Do not let mop head dry directly on the floor or on any other surfaces to avoid stains.
Maintenance: Machine washable. Do not bleach or use fabric softener. Lay flat to dry.
