Recommended Dose (Adult): Two soft gel capsules per day or as recommended by your health care practitioner, 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening, with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Recommended Use: Helps to maintain eyesight in conditions associated with sunlight damage such as age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
Store at room temperature (15-30ºC)
