Recommended use: Menopausal and post-menopausal women:
PhytoConfort helps relieve symptoms associated with menopause. Used in Herbal Medicine to help ease nervous tension (calmative). May reduce severe and frequent menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes or night sweats.

Recommended dose: Take 1 capsule daily, a few hours before or after taking medication or natural health products. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond one year.

Contra-indications: Do not use if you are pregnant; if you currently have or previously had breast cancer, breast tumours or if you have a predisposition to breast cancer, as indicated by an abnormal mammogram or biopsy, or a family member with breast cancer.

CAUTIONS: Ensure you are up-to-date on mammograms and gynaecological evaluations prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner before taking if you are breastfeeding: if you have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble; if symptoms persist or worsen; if you have a history of hormonal or gynaecological disease, including ovarian cancer endometriosis, or uterine fibroids; if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including thyroid hormone replacement therapy.
