Directions: adults: take 1-2 tablets once a day, in the morning before food.

Indications : helps to reduce lower leg oedema (swelling] associated with mild-to-moderate venous insufficiency. Helps to relieve symptoms of mild-to-moderate chronic venous insufficiency, such as tired or heavy legs, and tension, tingling and pain in legs. Use for a minimum of 2-3 weeks to see beneficial effects. If response is inadequate or unsatisfactory after 3 weeks, consult a health care practitioner as oedema may have alternative causes. For use beyond 12 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.

Non-medicinal ingredients (in alphabetical order): calcium phosphate, colloidal silicone dioxide, dibasic anhydrous, hypromellose, iron oxide, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, purified water, sodium starch glyconate, talc.
