One capsule a day

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably in the morning.
Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 3 months. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have diabetes or if you are taking antidepressant medications, blood thinners or digoxin. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
