Dosage: Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules as needed, with breakfast. Avoid taking before bedtime.
Keep out of reach of children. Keep in a dry place below 25ºC. Sealed for your protection.
For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have glaucoma, and/or overactive bladder syndrome (detrusor instability), if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, if you have any type of acute infection, or if you are taking antidepressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control pills. Avoid taking with health products or foods that contain caffeine and/or increase blood pressure (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, mate, bitter orange extract, synephrine, ocotopamine, ephedra, ephedrine). Do not use this product if you have high blood pressure, or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia or if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
