Directions: For adults, add one (1) scoop to 237 mL of water, juice, milk or yogurt and mix. Stir until well blended. Drink immediately. You can drink Pure Protein® whey protein powder any time during the day to add protein to your daily calorie intake. Be sure to figure the extra calories provided by milk, juice, yogurt or whatever you may add.

BLENDER - SIMPLE:
Add one scoop of powder to blender filled with 6-8 ounces of your favourite beverage. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. For a delicious smoothie, add peanut butter, fruit, or yogurt along with ice cubes.
SHAKER - SIMPLER:
Fill a shaker bottle with 6-8 ounces of your favourite beverage. Add one scoop of powder. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.
GLASS & SPOON - SIMPLEST:
Add one scoop of powder to 6-8 ounces of your favourite beverage. Stir for 20-30 seconds or until completely blended.
