DIRECTIONS: ALWAYS FOLLOW THE LABEL. Adults and children over 12 years: Brush thoroughly (for at least 1 minute), twice daily, preferably after each meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Use no more than 3 times/day. Spit out and do not swallow.
